Client Payment Instructions and Responsibilities

All payments for your trip must be made directly through our website using your reservation information. It is the client’s sole responsibility to:

• Enter the correct reservation email address is entered when making your payment. Using one email address during the reservation and payment process is recommended to insure swift communication.
• Ensure that the correct payment amount is submitted.
• Make all payments by the required due dates as stated in your confirmation or invoice.

Important:
Wondrous Adventures and/or its agents are not responsible for any errors made by the client when submitting payments, including incorrect amounts, late payments, or missed deadlines.

If the supplier imposes penalties, fees, or cancels the reservation due to a client’s failure to pay the correct amount on time, the client will be fully responsible for any resulting costs, losses, or consequences.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
